i provide a libcurl2-dbg debian package with all the symbols and debug
whistles (--enable-debug) to help those who debug software that uses
libcurl2.

i also noted it, but i was not sure about the meaning.

i'm going to put a "-" in front of "make test" for the debug build,
i cannot dig into it at the moment. sorry.
