curl: (35) SSL: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)

Hello,

I am getting the following results when attempting to exec curl on one of my
domains:

C:\curl7105>curl https://secure.easy-cgi.com -v
* About to connect() to secure.easy-cgi.com:443
* Connected to secure.easy-cgi.com (216.150.154.4) port 443
* SSL: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)
* Closing connection #0
curl: (35) SSL: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)

This only happens when I run it on the same machine as secure.easy-cgi.com
is hosted on. It works fine when I run the same command from another
machines with identical configurations. What is really strange is that this
is the only domain this happens with. I can run curl on other secure
domains on the same machine without a problem. So to clarify, this only
happens for secure.easy-cgi.com when i run curl from the same machine it's
hosted on. I have no problems with ANY other senario.

I have done extensive searching on the web and found very little, most of
which is unix related. The following is a thread of someone having a
similar problem:

http://curl.haxx.se/mail/curlphp-2002-09/0034.html

Also, this is run on win2k with curl 7.10.5 and OpenSSL 0.9.7a.

Thanks,

Dan
