Summary: Unable to connect to broken SSL servers

Initial Comment:
When connecting to broken SSL servers one need to
set SSL_OP_ALL to force off some workarounds inside
openssl library. As I read in openssl docs this posibility
is here to allow connect to broken servers. Some
applications set this flag always on (which can be done)
but better is have an option for curl in place to activate
this if needed.
