Problem:
curl is looking for curl-ca-bundle.crt in the same directory
as curl runs. the downloaded zip archive contains a crt
named ca-bundle.crt

Running curl with SSL fails with err-no 35

Renaming ca-bundle.crt to curl-ca-bundle.crt helps.
