Hi Curl Users,

I'm trying Curl for the first time today. Newbie
question follows...

Downloaded and unzipped SSL-compiled 7.10.4 for win32.
Downloaded and unzipped 0.9.7a OpenSSL libraries for
win32. In \windows\system32\, renamed existing
libeay32.dll to libeay32_dll.bak, then copied
downloaded versions of libeay32.dll and libssl32.dll
to that directory.

Tried running "curl https://wwws.echo-inc.com" and got
response:

curl: (35) SSL:
error:00000001:lib(0):func(0):reason(1)

Renamed ssleay32.dll as ssleay32_dll.bak and copied
libssl32.dll to ssleay32.dll in \windows\system32\
directory, based on comment in README. Same result.

I'm able to curl to non-SSL locations just fine.

Any help?

Thanks,
   Shawn Hannan
