Agreed. I cleaned up my paragraph a little. Feel free to add it wherever
it makes sense.

Also - the Win32 SSL-enabled distribution of curl should rename the
.crt file to "curl-ca-bundle.crt". It should come out of the "lib"
sub-directory, and instead be unpacked into the same folder as curl.exe!
