Summary: create dir hierarchy for sequential gets

Initial Comment:
as the title says, if I do a
curl "http://my.site.com/page[0-10]/text[00-22].txt" -o
"page#1/text#2.txt"
writing errors are generated if the directories page*/
aren't pre-existant, which lessens the usefulness of
the sequential get for hierarchies.
Having an argument that toggles automatic directory
creation would be great !

curl --create-hierarchy ?
