Initial Comment:
Hi,
When using cURL on win2k IIS 5 and PHP(4.1.2 + all
version), the cURL will try to create a temp file in
C:\ with the IIS level user rights which will never
happen on live production servers so we are forced to
use Linux insted for all cURL activities .

BTW I have tried to find a configuration option for
that but with no luck.
