Hi friends!

This is a re-post of a previous request I mailed to the libcurl list a while
ago.

We got a bug report on November 8 that claims that curl sometimes returns
wrong error code when trying to connect to a port that a host doesn't listen
to. Instead of exit code 7, curl returns exit code 23:

I just can't seem to make this happen on my machines. Can anyone else please
try this and hopefully bring some more lights on this problem?
