Summary: HTTP PUT and --crlf

Initial Comment:
if doing an HTTP PUT and using the --crlf option the
file that is put up is short by the number of CRs
inserted. Assume that the HTTP Content Length header
being sent up is based on the file size before the
CRLF replacement has occurred.
