From my point of view, it's because you release rather often, and I
don't usually feel the need to upgrade unless I've personally run into
one of the limitations or problems with a previous version. Plus, if
something doesn't work after you release, you're always very good about
creating patches and releasing a new version with the fixes quite soon
after...
