ANNOUNCE: curl and libcurl 7.7.1

Once again I offer you a fresh curl release. Curl and libcurl 7.7.1 is a
bugfix release that corrects a few more or less serious bugs.
Get curl 7.7.1 from http://curl.haxx.se/download.html. As usual, allow some
time before the popular binary archives are up-to-date with this.
This release includes the following fixes:
o ftps:// support added, FTP over SSL for the control connection
o the perl interface works again
o bugfixed the HTTP/1.0 persistant connection support
o passing a read-only URL to libcurl could make it crash on http redirects
o HEAD responses are now always headers-only
o curl could re-use connections a little too much
o different treatment of HTTP error 302
o following http redirects on persistant connections could reach the
maxredirs amount accidentally
o curl_escape() don't re-encode already encoded letters anymore
o two crashes removed
o Location: following bugfixed
