New http chunk and ssl random code

Daniel,
Can't get a good Win32 compile with libcurl.lib on the code from CVS. It
appears the structures/prototypes for the new HTTP "chunk" code and the new
random seed stuff in ssluse haven't been included in CURL.H (or the
appropriate header). I'm guessing this is a work in progress, but wanted to
let you know.
