Well, I followed the instructions in the curl site
(http://curl.haxx.se/download.html)
downloaded what need to be downloaded (I hope..) and run:

curl -s -o E:\TEMP\tmp50825.crl -i -3
https://vault.sbmonline.com:443/sbmtest1/clicgi/cgi-bin/accntSum

and got:

HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

any suggestions????
I know it might be a trivial question, probably something I missed in your
docs, so any help
will be appreciated,
