I want to release curl 7.3

But before I run ahead and release another version with problems on all sorts
of platforms I'd like to ask for volountary test-pilots to get the 7.3-pre8
version and try it out first. Compile, build and run it on a few different
platforms.

Unless anything big is reported, I can make a release in a few days.
