Another os/2 dinosaur here ;-). Have you looked in Hobbes
(http://hobbes.nmsu.edu) and OS2BBS (www.os2bbs.com) if there are any newer
builds?. I remember seeing a recent curl version (I can't check right now
what's the curl build on my os/2 system), either on one of these two sites,
or in some russian os2 portal (http://os2.da.ru?).

I'll get back to you when I have something more specific. But check out
hobbes and os2bbs, it might be there.
