Some Threadsafe binaries and dll would be nice, as well as some examples
with perl, php, java?

Subject: is there a need for a better libcurl?
Hi
Many months ago I started talking about redesigning libcurl. The goal would
be to make a really good, protocol-independent interface for transfering
files using URL syntax. It would enable other (non-curl) applications to
more
easily incorporate libcurl.
I posted some design ideas of mine to the libcurl mailing list during the
autumn 1999 but the repsonse was almost extinct.
Having just released what looks like a rather solid version, I've come to
consider the future destiny of this project and hence I ask you:
Is there a need for a better libcurl?
I actually do have better things to do in my life than to pursue dead-end
projects. :-)
