I don't think many people build curl with NSS so these may be long-standing problems. Can you show us the build output or something that shows your problem in detail?

In building curl(7.37.0-20140516), using nss(3.16) on windows 7 x86 I have run into some interesting fatal errors. Some things are easy fixes but there are two which have been puzzling me: cannot find sys/socket.h (a file that does not seem to exist), and cannot find 3seTypes.h (another file that does not seem to exist). 
I have walked thorugh the prebuild and build procedures a few times and seem to end up at this point each time.
If this can be looked into it would be much appreciated.
