Steps to reproduce:

ERROR: RTMP_ReadPacket, failed to read RTMP packet header

The error happens due to not parsing the correct token because of "#" character. To test that I just put a printf in  rtmp_setup like this:

If no "#" it's present the token it's parsed correctly:
