Version: 7.26.0

DragonFly uses the unit of millisecond for TCP_KEEPIDLE and TPC_KEEPINTVL rather than second.

As far as I know, it is not common and only affects DragonFly. I imagine
if it were wrong on multiple BSDs, somebody else would have complained by
now. ;)
