Summary: name resolve with c-ares fails after curl_easy_duphandle

After duplication a CURL handle with curl_easy_duphandle() name resolving with c-ares fails.

curl version: 7.26.0
c-ares version: 1.8.0

Indeed it's fixed in the change you mentioned.
I tested with the source code from git and it works fine.

Hoping for a soon release of c-ares 1.8.1 including this fix. I'm using
c-ares 1.7.5 as temporary solution.
