Summary: Patch: build libcurl with Watt-32 and DJGPP

Hi,

I just wanted to share this small patch to allow building libcurl on DOS using DJGPP 2.04 and Watt-32 sockets. I know there's already Makefile.djgpp, but I find this more convenient since I'm used to using the ./configure script from other platforms.

I also have binary packages for curl-7.21.6 that I built for one of my own projects. They're a little out of date, but newer than the 7.10.5 binaries currently available.

(The exact packages you want are watt32b.zip, crl7216b.zip, and ssl100db.zip. The other packages are dependencies specific to my project.)
