Summary: disable libz auto decompress

Hi,

It would be great to have a option that prevent libz from auto decompressing downloaded files.

"libz Automatic decompression of compressed files over HTTP is supported." (from man)

That is pretty annoying when you expect a compressed file and automagically get an uncompressed one (without warning)

Message:
Decompression only happens when it's explicitly requested, with the
--compressed option. Without that, the raw, compressed is returned.
