Summary: Support OCSP

Initial Comment:
libcurl currently supports referencing a CRL file for SSL server certificate validation. It would be useful for libcurl to also support validation using OCSP.

Yep. I'm aware. I don't know when I might be able to get around to
implementing support for this in libcurl, so I figured I'd at least make it
official. :)

Thank you. Let me stress that filing a feature-request here is virtually
pointless. If you want to see features added, then roll up your sleeves and
be prepared to do a lot of the work yourself and then bring the subject to
the curl-library mailing list to find helpers and together we can make
things happen.
