Summary: Memory leak when setting CURLINFO_CERTINFO to 1

Initial Comment:
The problem affects at least versions 7.19.7 and 7.20.0.
The pubkey variable in get_cert_chain() from lib/ssluse.c is not freed. I have attached a patch that fixes the leak.
