Summary: MSVC x64 build problems

Initial Comment:
Hi,

Current vc-x64 section in /Makefile has MACHINE= wrongly positioned,
and 'cfg=release' missing when building exe. Changing it to this fixes these problems:

vc-x64:
	cd lib
	nmake /f Makefile.$(VC) MACHINE=x64 cfg=release
	cd ..\src
	nmake /f Makefile.$(VC) MACHINE=x64 cfg=release
---
Also please add this section:

vc-x64-ssl-zlib:
	cd lib
	nmake /f Makefile.$(VC) MACHINE=x64 cfg=release-ssl-zlib
	cd ..\src
	nmake /f Makefile.$(VC) MACHINE=x64 cfg=release-ssl-zlib
---
