Summary: curl stores and reuses auth info across connections

Initial Comment:
Fix for bugs related to authentication in networking. The problem was that curl stores and reuses authentication information across connections. This results in the failure to work with digest authentications and also to switch between digest and basic authentications. This change forces CuRL to always cleanup the earlier auth details before a new request and also allows in setting the auth type to NONE so that we can force it to avoid authentication.

Please check 7.19.3 and see if the problem is gone. If not, I would prefer
a detailed use case of what you do to get this problem and a diff done with
-u!
