Summary: Curl keep special character in filename when saving

Curl Win32 - Generic 7.19.0

When I d/l a url with get request like this
curl -O "http://xxx.com/a.php?id=3"
, curl will save the filename as "a.php?id=3" and complain saving fail.

I think curl should have a command to remove the OS specific special characters in the remote-filename

In Winget, it has a command to convert OS specific special characters to handle this problem

There's already a function to handle this for DOS and it looks like it
could be used almost directly for Windows, too. Can you try the attached
patch?
