Summary: Stops after authentication with OpenSSH_4.4p1

Initial Comment:
Sometimes cURL or libcURL will suddenly stop working when connecting with an OpenSSH_4.4p1 server (no matter if using password or key authentication) - hanging after authentication is complete. Connections made using the regular SSH client work.
