Summary: Need an option to disable the POST > GET conversion on a 301

Initial Comment:
Right now, libcurl will unconditionally converts POSTs to GETs when following a 301 redirection.

Unfortunately, my current work requires me to deal with a server that only accepts POSTs but will issue a 301 to redirect from regular to ssl traffic.

I have written the attached patch to make the conversion optional (and on by default) and I'm using it in my local copy of libcurl. But I hope it can be accepted upstream.

Moving this to feature-requests as it isn't strictly a bug.

Please take patches and discussions around new patches to the mailing list
as the docs/CONTRIBUTE says (http://curl.haxx.se/docs/contribute.html)

This was already being discussed on curl-library recently but the subject
died since nobody responded. You can bring it back to life again!
