Summary: Errorbuffer not set on connection refused

Initial Comment:
Using libcurl 7.16.3 to perform a GET using multi socket interface. An error buffer has been configured on the easy handle with CURLOPT_ERRORBUFFER. The port as specified in the URL is not open, so the transfer should fail with 'connection refused'.

The message returned by curl_multi_info_read() has data.result set to CURLE_COULDNT_CONNECT but the errorbuffer is not set. I expect it to contain a human readable error message (as it does for other error conditions).

Looks like an omitted call to failf() - patch attached
