Initial Comment:
I have found two bugs in curl 7.14.0 behavior

1.
When cookie is set with such details:
Set-Cookie: <...> path=\/; <...>
It's not sent back when CURLOPT_COOKIEJAR and CURLOPT_COOKIEFILE are set

2.

$ch=curl_init('http://myip.ru/');
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_TIMEOUT,3);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_NOBODY,1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_NOBODY,0);
curl_exec($ch);

hangs for three seconds because of CURLOPT_NOBODY is set twice

Please don't submit two bugs in one report.

7.14.0 is very old. if you can make these problems happen with the latest
version then I'll listen!
