Summary: Two bugs?

Initial Comment:
I download libcurl 7.15.0-1 and i've compiled it by
myself. I use a frontend (wxCURL, found on sf.net)
but i think the bugs was not frontend related.

First: i can't set user agent. I can set other header
field (f.e. referer) but user-agent won't work.
Frontend provide a SetOpt function ( a wrapper
of ..._setopt ) but user-agent never appear in the
headers. (i try to call setopt by myself directly
avoinding front-end: it doesn't work!)

Second bug(maybe front-end related?): Some site don't
work properly. For example a site of a friend of mine
(http://utenti.lycos.it/judgement/) doesn't work. I
can connect and make an head request. But if i make a
get it goes in timeout... (rarely it works by the
way...)
