Summary: NTLM w/ SSPI fails with error 56

Initial Comment:
cURL using NTLM with SSPI fails with the message "curl:
(56) failure when receiving data from the peer". Traced
this back a ways and it's due to the microsoft API's
reporting a garbage error code when a buffer is too
small. Doubling the size of the buffer fixes it.
curl-7.15.0 http_ntlm.c line 340:

unsigned char ntlmbuf[256]; /* enough, unless the
host/domain is very long */

Bump that to 512 and no more error.
