Hey,

The new curl meeting date in the spring has now been confirmed by our hosts,
SUSE. It will happen!

I've updated the wiki page (and thus the URL):

   https://github.com/curl/curl/wiki/curl-meeting-2017

And I created a first plan for the agenda based on Dan Fandrich early
suggestions. It's mostly a template so far:

   https://github.com/curl/curl/wiki/curl-meet-2017-agenda

I plan to announce this date on the main curl mailing lists too soon, I just
wanted to take it here first so that we can possibly tweak something first if
needed.
