macos ATS NSAppTransportSecurity

Hi;
on macos, there is Apple transport security.
When i need to download the pac information to retrieve the proxy server, programmatically, i can only do that
by disabling ATS via Info.plist key NSAppTansportSecurity.
Are there options in curl library, so i can avoid this Info.plist change and full support ATS using curl library?
