I use openssl 1.1.1d too, but on Debian Unstable, and I don't have 323 fail on
me...

The arm builds mostly run OK so it's really not arm related. I think it's not
even the openssl version range. But I don't know what it is...

Did you build with any other special options, like sanitizers etc?
