Thanks Tim,
Nikos' answer (on GnuTls: https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/issues/900)
implies that if a program doesn't call curl_global_init,
and curl_easy_cleanup doesn't call it either. Then libcurl would be
thread-safe.
