Crashes in inflate_fast

Hello,

We got a couple of crash reports with inflate_fast:

This is when using accept encoding option with gzip.

I rebuild the libraries and made sure we all use recent zlib 1.2.11 so everywhere data structures are the same.
Anyone sees this, too?
