libcurl offers the CURLINFO_COOKIELIST option to read all the cookies:

   https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/CURLINFO_COOKIELIST.html

... and the corresponding CURLOPT_COOKIELIST to add or replace existing
cookies:

   https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/CURLOPT_COOKIELIST.html
