my client is not able to get 301 when server sends 301 with custom header(X-******)

Hi,
I have libcurl 7.48 version library and I am observing the below issue:
When my server sends 301 response with the custom header(X-****), my client
application receives response 0 from libcurl library.
This is working in libcurl 7.43 and as per my knowledge, I didn't change
any configuration option.
Could you please help me on this? Is there a change added to restrict the
custom header?
