That's from the 'Universe' PPA (community maintained):
"Package: cmake3 (3.5.1-1ubuntu3~14.04.1) [universe]"

While I personally have no quarrel with the 'Universe PPA',
it tends to be a taboo in the 'professional league' (for
legal reasons).
