Install Curl v7.60

Dear Curl Developer,
I tried to install the Curl v7.60.0 on out Linux Red Hat Enterprise Server
release 7.5 (Maipo). The Intel ifort and icc are installed in the
machine. Attached are the script that I downloaded and installed the
Curl. There are a lot of error message shown in the config.log (attached
as well) and the installation failed. Please advise!
