No, I do not. This is a test from a Virtualbox with Windows 10 on my test
Windows 2008 R2 server of a FTP upload to my production Windows 2008 R2 server:

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17134.165] % Total % Received % Xferd
Average Speed Time Time Time Current
Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
100 194M 0 0 100 194M 0 14.7M 0:00:13 0:00:13 --:--:-- 15.8M
start:0,563000 total:13,203000

If it does 194MB in 13 seconds, it surely must be able to do a faster upload to
openspeednet than 5 seconds for a 1MB file. Your testscript still reports:

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17134.165]
generating test file...
running vanilla...
start:0,641000 total:5,109000
running patched...
start:0,609000 total:5,453000

For comparison the same tests on the Windows 2008 R2 it self, outside the
virtualbox:

Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]
% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
100 194M 0 0 100 194M 0 54.0M 0:00:03 0:00:03 --:--:-- 54.0M
start:0.561000 total:3.603000

Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]
generating test file...
running vanilla...
start:0.546000 total:9.718000
running patched...
start:0.515000 total:2.730000

The vanilla timing is striking. It is way slower than the timing from within the
Virtualbox. There is something really odd about openspeednet.com. If I go to
http://openspeedtest.com/ the download speeds are consistent, but the upload
speed is varying heavily. Some results from my 50Mbps up and down fiber
connection, done directly after one another:

http://openspeedtest.com/results/22655009 Upload speed 15.30 Mbps
http://openspeedtest.com/results/22655061 Upload speed 13.50 Mbps
http://openspeedtest.com/results/22655076 Upload speed 50.20 Mbps
http://openspeedtest.com/results/22655095 Upload speed 109.50 Mbps (!!)

Most other speedtests rate my upload speed at 55-65 Mbps, which is somewhat
higher than the official specs. Openspeedtest.com does not seem a reliable tool
for timing file uploads....
