The man pages on the web are generated from contents straight from the git
master repository, so as soon as they are merged they will appear on the site.

So yes, that means up to 56 days before the release that will first support
them. (The 404 was due to a mistake.)

All man pages (and docs/libcurl/symbols-in-versions) state from which version
and other conditions the options are supported!
