Test 1143 failing in MSYS bash except with -g

test 1143 [HTTP URL with http:/ (one slash!)] currently fails on Windows when building with MinGW-w64 and running in an MSYS2 shell:

The problem is that "http:/" gets passed to curl's main function as "http;C:\msys64\;8990\want\1143". This also happens when directly invoking "src/curl http:/" in the MSYS2 bash (but not in the Windows command prompt!) and putting the parameter in double quotes doesn't help either. It also happens with "gdb --args src/curl.exe http:/".

The strange thing is: when running "./ -a -p -v -g" in the tests directory, with -g for gdb, the argument is passed correctly. Can anyone imagine where this discrepancy might come from?
