Sure, but I think I prefer doing an issue/PR per step/action so that we don't
need to have them linger around open for a long time.

The first step of the axTLS removal was filed as this PR (closed when merged):

I also created a label for "deprecate" so you can find all issues that are
related to deprecation here:

The first steep of the pipelining removal has not been done yet.
