I'm using "--enable-threaded-resolver --disable-pthreads" on MinGW to use Windows threads instead of pthreads.
This still seems to work in 7.60.0-DEV, at least my configure output still says "resolver: Win32 threaded" with these options
and "resolver: POSIX threaded" without them.
