Tests across the openssl suite ( openssl-1.0.2X openssl-1.1.0X and also
openssl-1.1.1-preX ) for various X are showing solid results and I have
checked builds on various risc and cisc platforms. I think code tests of
client-server data transfers with TLS 1.3 could be done immediately with
curl 7.59.0 and OpenSSL/1.1.0g across nearly every platform. However
some PowerPC/Power arch tests of OpenSSL-1.1.1-preX are still in
progress.
