For iOS we can use DarwinSSL, for Windows – WinSSL. These provide system integration and use OS trusted certificates automatically when valdating secure TLS connections.

Is there Android libCURL build alternative to OpenSSL and pem bundle file similar to those?

Only other option I see is to write JNI wrapper and manually generate pem file (using Java APIs) for OpenSSL, would like to avoid that.
